You have experience as a manager or director, and you know the area you’re in charge of thoroughly, but you want to take a leap forward in your professional career. IEEM’s Management Development Program (PDD) will give you the boost you’re looking for.
In the PDD, you’ll develop your management vision and gain confidence as a manager in each and every aspect of a company, while broadening your managerial perspectives and skills way beyond your area of expertise.
5 months long | 3 formats per year
Which will change the way in which you think and do in your company, by giving you a set of tools and management methodologies.
You’ll be trained through the Case Method to be a better decision maker.
You will learn and unlearn elements of your managerial ways, that you might have never given any thought to.
In IEEM’s PDD, professors have vast professional experience and outstanding academic qualifications.
You’ll access unique networking opportunities with IEEM’s monthly exclusive activities for its Alumni
IEEM is associated with a network of world-class business schools, led by IESE Business School.
An advisory committee formed by Harvard Business School and IESE Business School has been working with us since 1992.
Being a company’s supervisor, manager or director with at least
