Alumni offers a set of activities, tailored specifically to guide participants in the challenges they face in life, both professionally and personally. As part of the scope of sessions, Alumni offers lectures on business administration and matters of the national and international current context. This is complemented with various activities with a strong focus on each Alumni’s development.

Sessions are performed by a range of academics: IEEM’s professors, foreign and local invited professors and outstanding personalities from different fields.

The program, performed in 10 sessions —one per month—, has the goal of fostering the participants’ knowledge in areas of their interest. By diving into a specific matter, learnings from different programs are applied to work on the professional problems of the attendees. To guarantee the program’s success, only 12 alumni can attend the program at a time..

Every year, there’s one intensive week where an area of interest is discussed. The workload for the week —which equals the workload for one of the MBA’s complete courses— is used to go over the topic from different perspectives with a holistic overview: recent case studies, national and international experts and authorities in the matters, and hands-on workshops.

Hacer Empresa is IEEM’s business magazine. With the spotlight on various current matters and Uruguay’s business world, it is distributed both online and offline for free to all affiliated Alumni.

The Alumni Assembly is the most important event within IEEM’s Alumni community, where all graduates from across all classes are gathered in an academic and social environment.

IEEM Link is the mobile APP that enables fluent and constant communication between Alumni. Through the APP, members can interact however they want to, whether it may be to generate business contacts, spread the word for an activity, share news or groups of interest, amongst others.

All IEEM’s Alumni members, living in countries where there’s an affiliated business school, may enjoy the benefits of its Alumni community.

Alumni members may have brief consulting sessions with IEEM’s professors, for guidance and advice on professional matters.

IEEM offers is Alumni members the possibility of using its facilities for meetings with no academic purposes, subject to rooms’ availability.

Take Off is a program by which participants will travel to a destiny preselected because of its good practices and commercial opportunities relevance. It’s a trip with business, academic and socio-cultural focus.
